Trust centre overview

RCET Cutting Edge Tools provides structured professional software and optional AI-assisted features. The service is operated from Barbados and is designed around data minimisation, clear user choice and mandatory human review.

Local-first work

Statement and investigation content remains in the browser during the ordinary local workflow and can be saved as an encrypted continuation file controlled by the user.

AI only on request

RCET does not silently send a workspace to an AI provider. Optional AI processing begins only after the user selects the action and confirms the permitted data classification.

Human accountability

AI output is a draft aid. It cannot determine truth, credibility, guilt, legal sufficiency, operational action or any matter affecting a person.

Commercial transparency

Prices, recurring billing, cancellation effects and refund rules are disclosed before purchase. PayPal handles payment credentials.

Important current restriction

Training and fictitious information only. Live police, victim, witness, suspect, intelligence, evidential or other sensitive operational information must not be entered until RCET and the relevant organisation expressly approve production use.
