Version 2026-09-06 · Effective 6 September 2026
1. Agreement and operator
By creating an account, purchasing access or using an RCET service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy and Data Protection Policy, the AI and Professional Responsibility Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the applicable billing terms. “RCET”, “we” and “us” mean RCET Cutting Edge Tools, operated from Barbados.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use RCET for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so and must also comply with its policies, lawful instructions and information-security rules.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, use a unique password and promptly notify RCET of suspected compromise. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Permitted service
RCET provides structured drafting, review and workflow assistance. Features, availability and status are described in the tool catalogue. Preview or planned functions are not represented as production-ready.
5. Current operational restriction
Unless RCET and your organisation expressly approve a production deployment in writing, only training, demonstration and fictitious information may be used. You must not enter live personal, sensitive, confidential, classified, evidential, intelligence or operational information.
6. Professional responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying all inputs and outputs, checking applicable law and policy, correcting errors, preserving disclosure and evidential duties, obtaining required authority, and making every professional or operational decision. RCET does not replace legal advice, supervision, investigative judgement or authorised decision-makers.
7. User content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you provide. You grant RCET and approved service providers only the limited rights necessary to provide an action you request. You must have lawful authority to use and process the content and must not infringe another person’s rights.
8. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew for the selected period until cancelled. The price, currency and billing period shown at checkout govern the purchase. PayPal processes payment credentials. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse a completed payment. The Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
RCET software, branding, interfaces, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except for the limited right to use the service during authorised access, no ownership is transferred. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls or create a competing service from RCET materials except where applicable law expressly permits.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features and may suspend access for security, legal, payment or misuse reasons. We will seek to give reasonable notice of material subscription or policy changes where practicable. Internet and third-party services may experience interruptions.
11. Suspension and termination
RCET may restrict or terminate access where these policies are breached, payment fails, an account creates risk, or action is required by law. You may stop using the service and may request account closure. Provisions intended to survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, responsibility and liability limits—remain effective.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RCET is not liable for decisions made from unverified output, prohibited data entry, loss of locally controlled files or passwords, misuse, indirect loss or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, without excluding mandatory rights that apply in a user’s location. Please contact us first so a concern can be investigated. The courts or competent tribunals of Barbados shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory alternative forum or consumer right.
14. Contact and legal review
Contact contact@cuttingedgetools.xyz. These platform terms are a carefully prepared operational draft and should be reviewed by a Barbados-qualified attorney before unrestricted commercial launch.
