Plans and recurring billing
Weekly, monthly and annual plans are billed in the currency and amount shown before checkout. By approving a PayPal subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the selected interval until cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing from the member dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless stated otherwise at cancellation, access continues until the paid period ends. A cancelled recurring agreement normally cannot be reactivated; a new subscription may be required.
Refund requests
Completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been supplied, except where required by applicable law or where RCET approves a refund because of a verified duplicate charge, material service failure or other exceptional circumstance. Cancellation by itself does not refund a completed payment.
How to request review
Email contact@cuttingedgetools.xyz promptly with the account email, transaction date, plan and reason. Do not send card or bank credentials. RCET may request limited information necessary to locate the PayPal transaction.
Failed or disputed payments
Access may be suspended when payment fails, is reversed or becomes disputed. Please contact RCET before opening a PayPal dispute so the matter can be investigated, without limiting any right you have under law or PayPal’s buyer-protection process.
Price changes
Material price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
